Pre-work

20 minute online survey to assess perceived competencies for HPT's and experiences when part of a HPT

Number of Participants

Ideally between 6 and 12 in order to share experiences and have manageable role playing numbers in break-out sessions

Ideal for any individual either leading a team, or part of one, regardless of level in organization. However, preferable to group participants within broadly similar levels of seniority
